A fun spin-off of the bite size trend is the mini food & beverage pairing. Some of my favorites are grilled cheese with a tomato soup shot {not really a beverage, but still delicious}, mini sliders with beer shooters, and milk shots with tiny chocolate chip cookies {perfect for a late night treat}.
One of my favorite reception trends for 2013 is homestead elegance – it’s all about dressing up ranch style weddings with some glitz and glamour {think vintage barn with candelabras, lots of floral, & gilded edges}.

I hadn’t heard of Washi tape until about a week ago. Apparently it’s become a staple for crafters everywhere, and it’s started making an appearance in the wedding world. It’s similar to masking tape but comes in all sorts of colors and patterns. Minted has been incorporating Washi tape into their wedding stationery, and I must say I quite like it!
